Thank you very much! That is what I assumed but I wasn't sure if I was understanding it correctly

Hi I'm extremely new to speed running and wanted some clarification. I am trying the unrestricted run and found that if I load a previous game in fazerblast prior to starting a new game run, the out of bounds warp will take me to fazerblast rather than freddys room. Is this what save state warping is as described in the rules?
