So in some games in ILs there are some levels with a category, that either can't exist or it is pointless to add the same time with another category. Leaving some empty spaces in the leaderboards.
How about we can submit a minus time (-01s for example) and that makes automatically output a text only like "IL doesn't exist for this category", instead of the classic one with the WR runner's name and time.
Just throwing this idea out. Cheers
So i've just added a Loading Time Removal functionality on livesplit. You can now compare against game time for time without loads.
I found a better address for more accurate checking on when the game is loading. Note that the pausing frame is a couple black frames before showing the loading screen and the resuming frame is the last one showing the loading screen and not the one after that. I'll try to make it more useful for ILs.
I would love to include an autosplitter too, but as i previously said, the game makes it hard to find some reliable addresses that have static pointers to them. If anyone wants to help and find some addresses, i'll be glad help as much as i can.
The script is by no means perfect and i would be glad to fix any errors or add any extra functionality on it.

I'm not sure if these have been suggested before. ¤ How about on some IL levels the category can be global? I mean there are some levels where requirements for any% and 100% are the same so it's weird to add the same run on different categories which are practicaly one category. ¤ Also what about when editing a run, there can be some variables that aren't so important to review the whole run again. I have edited a Banjo-Kazooie run where i changed the Region from None to PAL and the moderator that reviewed it, had probably check the whole run again which is painful, and it could be checked from the first seconds if it's PAL or not. It could be like highlighting the differences between the old verified version and the new edited one.
I found that you can rotate the camera during the destroying wanted posters cutscenes. The camera starts always at a fixed position so the adjuments can always be the same. Keep in mind that the camera won't rotate during the cutscene so it "stores" the rotation and it applies when the cutscene ends.
Hello. I've developed the GTA: SA autosplitter in the past and had an idead about improving it (that's why i stopped developing it, plus ahk was pain in the a$$).
My focus now is developing an autosplitter for any game by just adding the memory addresses for the game.
Take a look at github: https://github.com/bilakispa/Autosplitter
