Every time I record katana zero the game runs slow even though I have high fps. When recording other games, the game never slows down. I searched everywhere but I still couldn't find a fix.

I just started speedrunning recently and I wanted to find some games to speedrun. Most of the games that I see people usually run are long or full of difficult glitches.

I want to start speed running but I don’t really know how to start off. Like what do I have to do to start and official speed run?
