The procedure goes as follows:

1. Get First Person Glitch
2. Target north wall and jump left into the corner
3. Turn and target left wall, slash 3 times
4. Turn right and target wall, hookshot 3 times, roll
5. Tap left, aim hookshot straight down and hookshot floor 4 times
6. Move to the torch so that you aim at the corner, hold hookshot, pause and release
