Having no cape changes the game so much that we see it as a completely separate category, with the route being one of the only similarities. Ever since All Castles became a thing, No Starworld has become much less popular (don't mistake number of runs for popularity) and no cape no starworld is actually a very interesting category, hence the tournament this year being that category. Sub categories imply that there's multiple of the same category but with a slight change, and while that's true in terms of the category's rules, the actual run is so different that you couldn't realistically compare them.

Think of the naming as "goal, restriction" in ncnsw there's no goal in the name, just 2 restrictions. There's no big deal in what it's called so just think of it like that if you have to

Banning start select would also stop you going back to levels for powerups, which is the only problem I'd have with this tbh (also I know this reply is late but whatever) but other than that it could be interesting

Again, I really doubt people would run them (technically you could yump any switch palace for 1 yump) cause the category was only a thing for a short time really

So the leaderboards for Another World are kinda inactive, but me and a friend have recently started running it. I've tried to contact the supermods, but haven't had a reply (one of them I couldn't even find a way to contact) so I was wondering if I could be made mod/supermod or something so I could approve new runs etc.
