I currently enjoy the SJ route in place but I don't do the bomb skips at this current time. If the rules change to the suggestions you've made I would have no issues with that.
Rules need to be clear for everyone to understand.

I think Legacy was just for "old tricks" so pretty sure it wouldn't be allowed but i'm on the same page as Deln it's a wall clip :)

Would there be any interest for a "Glitchless" run?
There's been a few ideas on what actually is a glitch. Some people say wall clipping isn't a glitch some say it is.
I personally think that clipping to save frames etc isn't a glitch but if you're clipping to do moblin skip and the jump in D4 and block pushing etc then yes it is.
For me Glitchess% would mean playing the game as it was "intended" to be played by the developers.
Grey area would be bomb arrows but I personally think they should be allowed as there's the animation for them.
What are your thoughts on this and what would you class "glitchless" as?

I still think I'm going to just skip frog song for the time being to much risk in Walrus skip for me. Taking the Mushroom is cool but need to route it into the game as we need powder for D2 Lamps.

Yeah I agree Cravone. To me the skip is just what we've always been looking for "early D8" and a better Walrus skip :P tbh I only think I'd do the early D8 as it'll make me learn Rooster Skip better.

We need to make a list of Skips/Tricks this glitch actually does. I'll add what I've personally done.
Add your links to Youtube and Twitch for the skips too if you have them.
1, Going into D7 Boss it reloads the boss spawning 2x Birds and the guy just bounces around. Killing both birds grants you x2 hearts. -
2, Flashes the Fairy away from her fountain in the forest.
Tried and not worked, Early D1 - Doesn't work Removing Ghost after D4 - Doesn't work Slime Key without digging up - Doesn't work Doing this into Angler Fish fight will make him do his attack animation Doing this into Genie Fight will just make his bottle dance and you're unable to do anything to it Dungeon 8 blocks for floor puzzles de-spawn but depending which side of the room you enter you can push them from where you've entered.

But as a community we do always look for new tricks we can do to save time and move the game forward :) This is a big game changer it will keep things fresh but there's a lot that has been found in such a short period of time.

I love the new bomb skips i'm not sure how many i'd actually use in a run as I have so much time i could save with the current route compared to the top tier runners.
I think the new skips will change the game a lot to be honest but as for a new category hmm I'm sitting on the fence with that.
It would be great to see LADX Main category less then a hour with a these new tricks but i'd also hate to see the whole game completed in less then a hour. With the game being such a short run but packed with all the glitches and tricks makes it an exciting run to watch and also play.
I don't even do rooster skip and that's been around for a long time but these new tricks will shave tens of minutes off runs.
That would be great run to watch there'd be so many questions too :)

If you're doing your "Weekly Run" there should be no resets. If you PB that's also a bonus :)

Somewhere in BGBs settings you're able to set up your controller. It'll highlight say "A" and you press which button on the Xbox controller you want to use. I'm not at my computer at the moment so I can't guide you to it sorry!
