Hey guys, after watching so many runs of Dishonored I've finally started learning any% myself! With this I have a few questions of course.

First is start time, I use livesplit with the auto splitting enabled. I know time starts when the boat docks, but if I do new game it starts early during the cutscene. Is it proper to set a specific time delay or do most people just have a save right after the cutscene that they load for attempts?

Next is quicksaving/quickoading. As I'm still learning I make plenty of mistakes and sometimes need it, but quickloading resets the timer to 0. I can also see this coming up later with the Boyle rng scumming. So is there any way to deal with this?

Last smaller thing is patch version. I have it on steam and thought I had the newest version but it seems the old door clip works for me. Is there any way to actually see what version I'm on? If it is 1.2 should I just be happy with that and go ahead or is the proper way to do any% on newest patch?
