That Chapter 3 route is insane. I always thought that not loading the level after destroying the gun was a run-killer but I guess with jetpacks anything is possible.
This is getting me excited to practice again, and if I can get a time that's a minute or two faster than Zoran, he'll definitely come back to try and kick me off first.
I think that a great run with new tricks could be tickling 1:45 ish. That's pretty exciting. Wish I had time/ the PC to get back and try and get it!
I don't know if you know, but there is an OOB in the second jetpack stage as well. I just couldn't find anything useful to do with it. You need to do some parkour in the first ork weirdboy area.
Nice find. Does this keep the jetpack through the next load? What's the weapon routing seeing as you're going to the next area with TH/Bolter?

When I did the runs years ago, I decided I wanted to use any tricks that a player COULD do in a run from start to end with a clean copy of the game. Not that that really matters seeing as I've not picked up the game since doing my Golden Gift run, but that's what I was doing back in the day.
And as long as you don't pause abuse to abuse the in game clock, you've got my blessings.
I feel like it's pretty beatable. As the splits show it wasn't as fast as one of my practices but I wanted to get a run up.
After watching ZorantheBear's WR run last night, it finally gave me the kick up my ass I needed to throw my hat into the arena again.
I wasn't very well practiced in any of the tricks, I had to restart checkpoint at the gunship in chapter 4, died on the bridge section with the blood ravens. But I'm coming.
Titans Mission 4: Odin's Tower
Mission strat invalidated very quickly by Adam_AK.
New strat:
Vortex Kastor over towards Green. Have army attack hill fort and temple. Kastor to get pegasus relic. Villager to cut path through trees to let Kastor back in.
Pegasus to grant LoS to three temples. Vortex and deconstruct as appropriate.
Will post screenshots of potential times for Titan ILs as I get to them. This top thread will list which levels I've found are the same as their easy ILs. I don't record my practice, so that's why you won't have immediate VoDs of these times.
