There are in the category rules of No Major Skips

If unsure what isn't allowed:

• Any form of goo pushing that allows to skip stuff

• Amadeus Skip is not allowed

• Fishook 1-cycle is not allowed

• Torch Warp or Early Torch (skipping the bucket puzzle room)

• 13F Weight Room Skip (skipping the hammer fight)

• Sewer Skip (using ducky storage to skip the whole sewer section)

Emulators are not allowed to be on the boards but never clearly stated in the rules so I’ll have to update that now to clear any confusion about it going forward.
