Yeah but 96 Unique 1-Ups is different to this idea because instead of getting 96 lives you get more, I don't know how many there are. If there are 96 (and there is evidence to prove so), this would be true.

Well, if you already have an N64 controller (that works on N64 fine) but you're on a budget, I would suggest buying a N64 to USB adapter. I don't have one myself but from what I've heard they seem fine. From there in, for example, emulators, you can then press a button on the controller to map it to that button. I'm not 100% sure about PC games however.

I found holding up-left until you hit the edge of the arena works well too for the first phase of Bowser's Block Party. You then just stay there until Bowser falls down. I have nothing to add for all the other minigames.

Hi all, I want to speedrun 16 star, however there is only one thing putting me off, and that is the rule where VODs are required for all new submissions. What I want to ask is do the VODs have to be through Twitch, or is any other platforms acceptable? And if others platforms are accepted, which ones?
