KNiDL has level categories because you're able to take abilities into each stage like taking wheel into the first level of each stage or whatever is quickest, something that you wouldn't or couldn't really do in a full run (without wasting a ton of time), so the two aren't comparable in terms of why one has level leaderboards and one doesn't
if you want to request a game http://www.speedrun.com/requestgame there's where you can do so, and well that's for the moderator to figure out whether it is a cheated run, it can be difficult but ¯_(ツ)_/¯
It's effortless and braindead if you just verify without actually watching a run and not scrutinizing it lol, could've picked the most recently submitted runs and started from top to bottom, not getting to yours yet, c h i l l

you could always wait for the game to be processed then delete it yourself once it is approved, other than that no I don't think so
