I played the whole game, a fiend was alerted in E4M3 but didnt' come in, also missed something in E4M5 .. was stuck at 44 kills. I might have a look later to see if i did something wrong.

I streamed it but manged to kill myself after 2 and a bit episodes so need to do over anyway, had some fun doing it :)

Do these need to start with a slingshot start? or can you start with a save from a previous level? Eg I've got an Episode 6 Hard 100% video, I started from a save at the end of 5-6
