Hi there

I recently started running portal and its been fun so far. But one of my runkillers is the glitch in testchamber 15. I've done it a couple a times but its very inconsistent. I keep failing at the part with the small corridor and the moving platform cause I can't seem to shoot a portal sometimes it works other times it does not and I don't know what im doing wrong.

I was wondering where I can find some good guides or vids so I can learn how to speedrun ds3.

I was looking on youtube but there are no guides to be found. Also on this websites there is no guide so im kinda lost. Cause looking at a speedrun is kinda hard to learn. Especially for the glitches cause there tricky.

Any help is welcome

My name is Tiard and I recently started to learn speedrunning portal. Ive taken it chamber by chamber but now im stuck in test chamber 07.

Its pretty simple its the one where you need to jump in the orange portal and while in the air shoot one the wall to the left and fling out on the platform.

The problem is that I can't seem to get enough speed and I always land right on front of it. Also probably worth noting is that when I jump in the orange portal for the first time I crouch aswell because otherwise I hit the side of the portal and then I can't land in the portal again. I don't know if this is the problem but I can't seem to make the jump otherwise without hitting a side of a portal.

I watched some people do it and looked at several vids but I still don't seem to get enough speed.

Maybe someone knows the problem?
