I HAVE RESOLVED THIS. For some reason my Discord (app) wasn't working, so I refreshed it and clicked the button (on here) to join it. It worked.

For some reason, when I click the "Discord" button, it says: " We've beamed the info to your Discord. Close this tab or continue with the web version." (or something like that.) Is it just me? Does anyone know why this is happening?
