I want to know how to skip the small cutscenes like picking up a grenade without the use of cheat codes

How do I disable mods? (I use tweakeroo and Minihud in my regular survival) The problem is that I do not want to disable all of the mods because I use sodium, phosphor, and lithium to boost my fps

I play on 1.16.4

Also, I speedrun 1.16.4 bc there are fewer times there (that means I can say I got a higher place even when I have an overall bad run) and it is basically the same thing as 1.16.2

Am I allowed to have Minihud and a mod used to show keystrokes in this??
