Iowa, USAIf anything, it's possible to arbitrarily assign a goal to games like Snake, Blocks, or Sound Memory but since there isn't an exact agreed upon goal I was thinking to just not include them in the category
If I was to submit a run of this category that I just described, would you add it? Is there anything you would change? I'd like to know any differences from what I proposed before I do a run.
Full Game Category idea: Win All Winnable Games
The idea of it is to win every game that is played against an opponent or has a goal. It would be a longer category that tests your skill at the games throughout the whole app in one run. I did a no-reset run of it and it took a little over an hour.
The requirements:

Get a watermelon in Fruit Merge
Win FreeCell
Win Solitaire
Solve a Sudoku
Win Hearts
Win Sea Battle
Get a 2048 tile in 2048
Win 4 in a Row
Win Tic Tac Toe
Solve a Word Guess
Win Minesweeper
Win Hangman
Win Chess
Win Checkers
Win Pool
Win Memory
Solve a Sliding Puzzle
Win Ping Pong
Win Dots and Boxes
Win Mancala
It's a long category, but this game doesn't have any of those yet and I think it would make things interesting. The other games are excluded because they either don't have a clear goal to work towards, or they have levels, which is a completely different style of game, and there's no level select menu so to repeat level 1 you would have to uninstall and reinstall the game each time.

Sorry about spamming the forums but this is one more thing I just noticed. It looks like the second place vid for any% no contract is private, and unless it's just saying that for me bc of some glitch and everyone else CAN see it, then that means they don't have actual video evidence.
The WRs for no contract clearly use an end timing of when the checkmark is hit to confirm retirement, not "when the home menu loads after retiring." What's up with that? Either the runs need to have their time changed or be rejected, or the more likely thing is that the rules just aren't accurate to what they're supposed to me
If I was to run a category for getting to a Star Rating of 10, could it be added? I plan on running this game at some point bc I've also ran New Star Cricket, and I think it would be a good category to have some more actual gameplay.
It has been brought to my attention by the other mods of the Hypixel series on SRC that the 1st Place - Party category could be seen as stat boosting, and anyone who runs it could potentially be punished for it if it is noticed by Hypixel. And so, per their request I am removing all runs from the category and putting a note in the rules leading to this forum post to describe why it will no longer be a thing.
I don't dislike the idea, however it would be a very long category and very very few people would be interested in it, especially considering how boring Hockey and Basketball would be to do twice. However, if someone does the category I will add it as a MISCELLANEOUS category. The rules would be the same as Any% for the most part, except that you have to do each sport on hard as well, timing still ends when beating King Behemoth. You would also have to verify at the end of the run that the equipment is gold on that file, sort of like how in most 100% runs you have to verify that you met the requirements as well.
@lukilylucky of course! Things like that are always okay as long as they're not being faked as a real run lol. Go ahead.
By the way, I also don't even have any runs on this leaderboard, because I had one before, when there was party games 1, 2 and 3 separately, but I haven't done any since the switch. I'm getting a new computer soon tho, so maybe when it arrives, one of the first things I do can be finally submit a run to the updated boards
Yes, it gets runs verified faster because we can always verify our own runs when we submit them, but we also work on making sure to verify other runs that come in as well. Also, we don't need any more mods at the moment anyways, because Zavlon and I both do our fair share of verifying and we're handling it perfectly well for now. So unless the game picks up suddenly in popularity, I should be good with Zavlon and I being the only active mods/verifiers.

I am going to be trying to board sweep in this game, and by that I mean I'm going to be trying to get and keep every single one of the Full Game WRs (and maybe even ILs too but that would be a lot) and I just wanted to make that public knowledge. That is all.
we're probably going to eventually set up more ILs. If you do an IL run of any recipe, DM me and and I'll personally set it up whenever there's a new one. An IL board would be great for this game so we can figure out which recipes are fast.
you don't need to have a timer shown in your video, as we retime every run that gets submitted anyways. The main way many console runners do it is that they just have a camera set up showing their DS screen while they play.
