This is probably a stupid question, so forgive me for asking but it is not specified in the rules as far as I can tell. Is a capture card a necessity for submissions, even if the submission is not optimal? Would an externally filmed but visible video suffice? Again, forgive me if I'm simply an annoyance but respond if you so choose. Thanks!
