There are a few records with video proof that have not been uploaded to speedrun. Are we able to submit others' runs?

Target Smash Level 5 (Sonic) - 5.95s

I have been submitting runs for target smash, performed at home, on a wii. However, I've set up an emulator on my work computer and have also been practicing there. I am currently in the 2nd place spot for Target Smash Level 2 and I worry that if I make an improvement at work, that it will be seen as suspicious.

I do have OBS, though the computer can barely handle dolphin on it's own. Here are my specs: https://imgur.com/glN3WA9

So I've been grinding Target Smash and I've noticed that LPZampa's TAS and RTA runs show them fastfalling, then B-reversing a laser as soon as they run off ledge.

I have been unable to replicate this as I always either grab ledge or drift too far from it. Any advice or analysis would be incredibly helpful. Thank you!
