Maybe recording yourself doing runs should be something to consider.
It appears that the Switch is not the optimal console for playing events, as it lacks the necessary movement and benefits compared to other platforms. However, there is one exception – the 200 m individual relay. With just one finger, you can achieve an impressive time of 1:30:9, matching the performance of players on Xbox who use tapping techniques or pen/battery tapping methods.
This includes 100 m, 110 m hurdle, 100 m freestyle, 200 m and long jump.

OK I added 5 Goals one of the reasons is because of time, there will be more room to improve as for basketball runs that will be added shortly.
