Who knows, I know that FPS can matter at some points for sure especially parts where it put a lot of stressed on it..like rain, fire etc. That is from my experience with fps in other games as well tho lol In certain areas in wont matter but in others..you will noticed the difference for sure

Pro gives you about 10-12 FPS extra and that can matter in the long run for sure. This is coming from someone with a Pro and StevenMayte has watched me play...he has base PS4 and could tell immediately the FPS difference

Dear god what is this game lmao. The IGT should still be the same but it may cause a problem in terms of being able to mess with settings in mid run etc...I dont think it will be immensely viable except for certain areas
Seen a few people do this for the hardcore runs etc but not for NG standard/NG+...I always found it faster personally
The mods want the playing field even as possible for everyone and even minor mods that change the outfits etc may cause something within the game without everyone noticing. Be a pain to check and see about every mod etc doesnt effect the game in some form or fashion. It also makes the boards look cleaner imo. Even then if you allow people do add whatever mods they want then it opens the door to a lot of shit. If you are against that then that is understandable...but it is how the boards are ran. You can play with the mods on your free time but not during a run. I had to reject some runs where all they did was model swap Leon for Hunk in addition to adding sleeves for Claire's classic outfit...
Training I wouldnt even make an option personally..Keep this board NG then add the NG+ stuff at CE. The modes are short enough where the NG+ ears wont make that much of a difference compared to NG+ with the Rocket
Anything that blocks the audio from the video will be rejected...This is there just in case they have to looks closely at the audio files etc to make sure that there is no splice in the run. Several runs have had to be looked at this way to ensure that it is not edited especially with certain WRs in many games

There shouldnt be any runs on the boards with mods on them at all..But yes they are banned. There was a thread about Vignette etc so there is a possibility of that being discussed. But atm, I would play as tho it is banned

The plan on doing it was hit and miss depending on how active the FPS are but both seem to have some decent amount of members imo
