What did I do?

1. Recorded 2 hours of hp2.

2. Added a timeline to the file in the video editor.

3. Recorded the difference every minute.

I did this twice to rule out coincidence.

The same result twice.

The time seems to be constant until minute 17.

It is 200ms more until minute 34.

After 34 minutes there is a permanent minus of 250ms -

My suggestion is that the first 17 minutes are considered official.
