I updated the guide for OOBs to include the three major skips that should be used for a run. They're relatively easy to do the Long Kala Moor Skip may need some practice first. But yeah I tried hunting for more stuff, but came up short. Looked thru NewBirdman27's videos and tried to see if maybe some can be used. Alas only those three are viable for a run.
I know it's up to the people who run the pages. But having a standard genre naming system could help out with reducing the cluttered similar names. For example for Third Person Shooter as the universal one for the genre instead of having Third-Person Shooter, Third-person Shooter, and other variations. I think this would help out tremendously.
Thanks and added Inferno% where you beat three Infernos Arcade, Time Attack, and Weapon Master Inferno. Naturally the Chapter 7 Inferno is fastest. You have to do the chapters and mini ones of those up till the Inferno fight. This category has a bit salt involved because if you lose on Time Attack you have to start it all over.
Also for a meme misc category I added Rekt% where it's kinda luck reliant. But the idea is to die 10 times on the hardest difficulty. There's Standard and Extra sub categories made.
I'm down for any category suggestions too any of the community wants to see. I believe the Rekt% was one idea someone brought up on the SC II forums. But only for one death. I thought why not, but instead of one for more chances of a run to be different to do ten. Another category we passed around with Alexo is Max% being max settings for rounds and health.
Would it be possible to get an update to the level leaderboard to select which variables are active for levels? As an example say level 2 can't be done by X hero or character. Instead of creating various variables for each level can we set which ones can be done for the levels?
Each one added seems kinda silly and clogs up the board. Couldn't it just be Very Easy, Normal, and Very Hard?
Yeah definitely he has huge potential actually if you can get a perfect KO with one move. Which can KO in 3 seconds IGT. Again as I said the times and positions can change with people who can use them to their full potential.
Heihachi is definitely an old run and can be improved I imagine. Also to note that Kilik run of mine I had a faster run, but the frames were choppy. The fastest I got was 1:09.41 naturally I did not want a choppy video. He could probably go as far as B tier. Mitsurugi too could be higher if you do one attack and the one in SC where he slams the sword down. But the AI always moves away when on the ground.
Thanks, I'm hoping this will grow the community and give us something to run. As it is natural Cassandra is one of the best to use others just can't compete. This way people can use the characters they like.
Note this can always be changed as players better utilize moves and figure out optimal strats or ring out setups.

Yeah that would do just use the final mission time as a thumbnail.
See I thought you had the ability to do so which sorry you can't. Was not aware of that, but this new rule change is to have consistency. And to have proof of the time from the game itself showing at the end of the mission.
I know it was verified, but I figured it was a one time thing and hopefully you'd submit one from playing the game. However naturally you did still use it which has shown to not be reliable and we have to go off what you say. Understand that we should go with what the game says not what one says.
There's not a lack of consistency after your second run was the rule implemented. While the game doesn't have a cinema mode for Perfect Dark Zero we use the time shown at the end for ILs. A similar thing should be for Ninja Gaiden to show the mission time at the end.
Sorry but you need to show the final mission time for further runs from now on.
I made splits for if it does get to the 3 hour mark, but would like to see standard splits for the game. What I have is this for Bad Ending. I know there's more split points, but for now I did the major boss fights. Kou, Emperor of Fire, Lord of Earth, and Toya
Just a thought and I guess you're point just maybe at least BE Segmented and GE Segmented so there's only a variable for consoles for all of them. Having two variables for Segmented kinda is ugly, but just one more category helps out.
Oh my god I would definitely run it then if true!
Something like this? Adding in a category for Any% Good Ending, but leaving it mostly the same just different. Since your segments category had bad ending and good ending. And segmented is supposed to be fast. Why not change it into about the categories Any% and Any% GE.
Any% PS3 X360 XB1
Any% GE (Good Ending) PS3 X360 XB1
100% PS3 X360 XB1
Any% Segmented PS3 X360 XB1
Any% GE Segmented PS3 X360 XB1
Could Segmented be changed into Bad Ending Segmented and Good Ending Segmented and have the console sub categories?
Spennicus damn sniped that WR run GG. Going to grind it out to take back (:
Awesome news! I want to run it one day where it's more manageable and is there an estimate on load time saves for Xbox One compared to PS3/360?
I had that idea too or do a subcategory like SD/HD called No Guests/Guests. That way it can also help reduce the placements SOB didn't like with everyone else. And so as to have Gamecube players compete with others and so on.
Sorry I should have made an updated post, but it happened yesterday. Seeing as Arcade goes by IGT and the others only Weapon Master would be affected by the HD version. It did not make sense to have SD/HD for categories that use IGT. Yeah different games, but again merging them with the exception of Weapon Master does not make sense.
