Didn't saw that one before, saves about 3 sec. If you do it faster, saves more, dunno up to 4-5. Also you can jump through very next wall. Hard to save time if you can't do it fast.
There are all (usefull) wall skips :D
Level 20 skip. (You can jump from uptop)
I have done Old Town any% run, by filling "quit" strategy saves just a little time but with more levels and fast switch is quite enough to make difference. I will post here comparison how much it can save, or if it save any time at all. And I still waiting for any response :(
You can clip through elevator on level 16. You need to be on elevator when it going up and jump under it. Or something like that.. but I am still not sure if skipping make level faster. A made it on fence, on that side it somewhat easy, and somewhat consistent. (Sorry for quality, I can make gif only like this)
While reading previous glitch forums just thought that, this two also weren't mentioned.

That one was found by @NightAlive, but previously was avoided in runs becouse how hard to target that pan and slow, but I find out that you can easily just jump on create, and before jump ends you can simply shoot at balon (I don't really know how to call red thing),and jump out, works same as head glitch also on some level by precise jump you can shoot with same maner at gasoline.

Dunno how to call it but you can jump from ballon on the wall it gonna blow up and you will go through, works kinda same as with creates. (Tip: start swipe somewhere in the middle of fly, or you will be too short, or too late and fall down)
I have found a few new glitches and bugs that didn't mentioned in other glitch forum there they are:
Wall skip, other way
Tip: your line has to be full power, max length so you get a few frames when you can jump, target close to the wall but not angle, couse you a falling a little bit down and glitch didn't work. Also better be on some distance of the wall you wanna skip, just for more time to catch yourself (I am a little unsure about how to do it, I will practise it more, and maybe correct Tip latter how to do it more consistently)
Infinite fly, skate glitch
As you hit ceiling while you on skete your ability to jump resets so you can fly or jump in air as long as you can jump to ceiling. Also you can clip your skate through platform, I didn't show it in video, didn't find any usefull usage for that either, honestly not even tried, couse can jump so only in few levels. I founded hat you keep, or it add vertical speed if jump on angle to ceiling, it can be used to get air speed boost, or and jump further keeping jump available.
Weird arm glitch
Specificlly in those places on level 8 between creates and walls character's left arm glitch out in weird way.
Stairs bug, (make some problems when you speedruning)
When you jump on edge of stairs character will want to slide and block half of angles to jump
Rope bug
Ocures when you jump on edge of something but also touch rope
Also i have got a bug in motorcycle, when you tap or swap rapidly when level loading my bike have half fall under the ground, was invincible for walls. But i did it a while ago, and don't record that time for now couldn't recreate that.
I will do it it in my next run, hope it's allowed.
(I am too lazy to count if it saves time) I use strategy to quit level rather then wait level score and load next level, i am not sure if it saves times, I do it just for health. So, I have a question, can you just leave as soon as you brake last box and lost control over your character or must tap dialog(I thinks saves just a few tens of sec)? When playing full run, in level runs timer stop there. (Sory for bad quality)
I was watching how you play this level to know how you done it so fast, and only conclusion i came up is just to go faster ;(
