So I am thinking about doing IL runs and I was wondering if I can start with any power up I what in the game

So I just got an nes advantage and I was wondering if I can use it In my run I really like the controller it is my favorite nes controller

So I whant to do level runs but I don't have a capture card and I am broke so I can't get one so plese help me

So I found something where you can get really high in the air but you need 2 players for it so can I do that in any% runs
