I was just wondering why the resources page shows that PC users should download a special "Speedrun friendly" version of the game. What's the exact reasoning for this?

I tried to stream Diablo II today with StreamLabs and I could only get it to work if I ran it in windowed mode. And then it just looked like the entire game window had been stretched out. Does anyone know of better way to get the game to stream?

I was thinking about possibly speedrunning Diablo II, so I've been watching some videos and looking at the resources to try and get started. I noticed in Bender's Any% Assassin run that he kept his inventory upon death. I thought your inventory stayed with your body on death. Is this a glitch or am I just remembering wrong?
