Video proof is normally required but I suppose I could change it to only be required for runs under some category specific threshold. You would still need to provide your RTA time though, as IGT is not accepted on these boards.

There is a co-op only skill point duplication glitch which is why this is allowed for geared. It's mostly not allowed for ungeared as a legacy thing.

1. There's really nothing to it other than breaking and repairing the beacon 8 times. It probably works that way to help out people who are really really bad at protecting it.
2. Quit #1 is to restore action skill, #2 makes it so you can pick up the beacon faster , #4 skips some dialog that makes it so you can go to sanctuary right away. I assume the third quit right after the second makes some area available sooner (Maybe the fridge?), but I'm not sure on that.
3. You really just have to watch the run and take notes for that.

Do you have video of this actually dealing damage to enemies? Doesn't seem to work how you've said.

Storage of nail arts has been known about for a long time, but I've never heard of it actually doing damage. I will try to recreate what you said, maybe it is to do with the current patch or that you touched a shadow dash gate.

Hey, unfortunately this is not possible. Your runs will not be invalid without the load remover, they will just be timed RTA instead. Currently there is no separate board for Switch runs so you will be at a large disadvantage to PC runners, but if enough people submit runs on Switch I will split the platforms into different boards.

For Mordecai runs you have to downpatch, everything else is fine current. Feel free to keep multiple version of the game though to still play with friends.

You are confusing crit stacking/weapon duping with merging. It is possible solo on every patch except for current.

The best option for a speedrun like this is to do all content that's available on 1.3 then switch to 1.8.3 for the remainder. If you're set on using a single patch, 1.8.3 is still a million times better than current due to weapon merging.

You need to just activate the load remover from the edit splits menu, you're way overcomplicating it. Also for 3 that is how livesplit is meant to work, either compare to best split times instead of personal best or finish a run.
