just spent all day to update and make more specific/improvements about leaderboards and rules.
- 100% section for full-game runs was added
- Low% section for full-game runs was added
- Any% diffulties are set as a variable now (full-game have Easy)
- Auto-Aim from PlayStation Portable version has been set as a variable, since it give unfair advantage acting like an aimbot (as previous games)
- Sidearms, Standard Loadout and Janzen Glitch IL categories were archived
- Missions that have a time to beat, now is needed to use In-Game Time (IGT) logic
- Levels can be run on both Normal and Hard difficulty. Earlier only Hard mode runs were allowed
Don't worry about orphanized runs. I've re-added all of them. If you see a missing run, or a wrong video proof/time/credit, just contact me
An interesting glitch that I found a lot of time ago, the "Headshot glitch". Is very simple to do. Just start a mission on Hard mode and start to kill enemies with the Taser. For unknown reasons any body part you will hit will score an headshot, once the enemy is dead. Perfect to save ammo, or get some challenge
I kinda started this category, mostly for material for the 100% run. It seems easy, but I near got crazy, and I still didn't finished the story doing so. For sure Ep 7, Pt1 will be impossible to kill enemies without headshots or darts. I think that I will redo the whole game in easy, for the first time ever. Yes, I'm doing that on hard, and was an huge mistake, just for accidental headshot kills...
In what consists? Start the story and get 0 points for all ratings. Also, get a death for the survival rating. Easy? I don't think that. Of course all secondary things as DU containers must not destroyed. Also, till Ep 5, Pt 2 twp stealth kills will be scored regardless if the enemy spots you or not. These two instances are on Ep 1, Pt 4 (saving the electrician) and Ep 3, Pt 1 (saving Hargrove). My thoughts about that are: the enemy must know of your presence AND shoot YOU, both instances this will not happen
Good morning, I'm a well known modder in Syphon Filter Communities (my usernames is Sal_89, or better known as Taser God in Syphon Filter Discord Servers). I'm wondering, are game MODs that of course DON'T alter game progress allowed? I made in particular two MODs that don't alter the game progress:
- Codename changer: with this MOD you can be Python, Viper or Dragon. Only text strings and audios are changed to match the changes
- Enhanced: with this MOD you can have all features of the NTSC USA version into PAL version. The base game is the NTSC USA, but the language is changed to any of the other non-English PAL languages. Greetings, Seban
Why the Japanese version of the game is vastly used? Have major differences/minor loading times?
