I know I'm new to running and KDL so you can you take me with a grain of salt but, I feel like video submission has become standard fair in speedrunning. I would fully support any effort increase the validity of our leaderboard. Sub 12 imo is a pretty big achievement as I just got sub 15 I did not post the time because I was not recording and I wouldn't count a time I didn't record. I'm not trying to hate on anyone who doesn't have the equipment to record however the minimum barrier of entry is very low these days!

Category extensions would be a happy medium for everyone imo ?
