I am finaly able to do NASA skip consistantly and all the other skips, exept for prison skip. Can someone tell me how to get consistant at it. The nightmare critters just dont launch me and Idk when to jump on them. can someone please help me?

I wanted to change my keybinds but I accadentaly changer my pause game keybind. I wanted to change it back to esc but I cant because that cancles the action. Can someone please tell me how to revert it?
