Is disabling the noise filter allowed?

Okay, sorry for giving you a headache :p and thank you for responding. I didn't realise that.

My run was rejected because It should start from the menu since load times change upon death but loads don't count so how does that make sense?

I was just asking out of curiosity, even if I had mods installed I would clean my game first before speedrunning it.

Are any other mods allowed besides texmod, because I think I have seen texmod in some runs, correct me if I am wrong on that.

Do you have any idea as to why it happens though? I have recorded mirror's edge and call of duty 4 just fine(at least 60 fps and 1080p). Also it never drops below 25 fps, when I reach the tower I get a drop to about 40 fps and then back to around 50, but until I start a new run or fall back to the ice cliff it stays like that.

Could a run of mine be rejected because of stuttering at the tower(not that it ever happened, I just wanna be sure)? I can't seem to be able to fix this issue, it's not because of recording it happens even if I am not recording.

Is there any way to remove loads on the retail version?

Even if it is possible, how do you climb the tower? I think the right side is not completely solid.
