The in game timer doesn't seem to work when I go on 1.17, it just stays at 0.00 and doesn't update when I pause. Any idea why?
Is there a way to run mc in windowed borderless? I've found tutorials but they all use a mod for it and I'm pretty sure that wouldn't be allowed. Currently mc just runs in fullscreen and can't be picked up by obs nor can livesplit be dragged on top of it. Do you just have to run it in windowed and deal with the black bar up top in the video?

Variables for solo, duo, trio, and quad runs have been added to categories. If you see any runs which have the wrong player count, please send a link to it in this forum. We advise you to resubmit any runs you had on the board and fix the player count so it can be done quickly. If you do resubmit, leave a note in the description so we don't confuse pending runs with runs that are just being resubmitted. Thank you

Maybe hostage the camera guard instead of knocking him out. Assuming that because the outside guard doesn't run away, maybe the camera guard also won't hit the panic button that's next to him? Would save a little bit of time if it works
All runs using the mac clip will be removed from the board. Runs using the lag clip will stay on the board though. To clear up any confusion, a lag clip is a clip that can only be done on things like windows and sometimes doors. You perform it by lagging the client (usually done by holding left click on the white bar of the window) with some other steps to get setup properly. The mac clip is a clip that allowed players to phase through any wall/door. It could be performed in a variety of ways. If you see any runs on the board that use the mac clip, please send a message in this thread and we'll be on top of it as soon as we have the time. Thank you!

Any glitch (as long as it is proven not to be a hack/script) is permitted, however if a glitch gets patched, all runs with that glitch will be removed from the leaderboard unless an exception is made.
IL runs using the thumper clip are now being removed from the board. Full game runs with the thumper clip will not be removed until a new run is submitted into that category. If you see an IL run that uses the thumper clip that is still on the board, please contact a moderator. Thank you!
When I said all the requirements are met, I mean as long as it can be proven that for each category (pacifist - no kills no ko, genocide - all NPCs [with exceptions like civilians] are dead, and take out the trash - all containers filled before ending the level) it will be verified. Obviously, for pacifist it is very hard to confirm that other teammates did not ko (if they kill it can be seen at the end with the no kills bonus missing) anyone, but this can still be done (technically, not really practical though). For genocide, again, as long as we can prove that all the NPCs are dead (with exceptions like civilians of course) it will be verified. For take out the trash, if we can prove that all the containers are filled then it will be verified. tldr - pacifist is really the only category where we need all POVs because it is hard to show that the requirements are met from one POV.
That rule is bullshit, all the mods know as long as the requirements are met and can be proven in one pov it's fine
Yeah so because Freelancer had speedruns before the variable was made, all the runs that were previously verified had gotten the default "stealth" value for playstyle. Made sure all of them are now set to "mixed". Pretty useless but whatever, your run might not show up on the board right away because of the servers that speedrun.com has, but keep in mind all of them were re-submitted and re-verified.
