I've previously posted these rules in the GOM Discord however I didn't think of putting them out here.

2.3.1

Frame rate must be capped at 60 FPS, the reason behind this is that the power of the car is pretty much tied to FPS, you might find that you can run 10's in a 100HP car if your FPS is high enough, so there has to be an even ground for people with bad computers.

Only allowed mod is the 936 ground bug fix, any and all mods are completely forbidden.

Keep difficulty level on max

Timing starts when entering the garage and ends as soon as you cross the finish line on the last ROC race.

2.2.1

It HAS to be the official Invictus version, not MWM or any other variation of 2.2.1, completely clean and free of mods

Keep difficulty level on max.
