First of all, I'm able to run the game at a near-constant 120fps throughout the game including boss fights but sometimes the game will randomly lag spike down to 60 and then back up to 120. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Maybe a specific graphic setting? Any help or insight will be greatly appreciated thanks!

Hey, I have recently been trying the Handgun Only category with the normal Any% All Doors splits for Leon A but the only split that messes up is 83 of which I believe is the Magnum room (and perhaps 84 on the exit out of the room as well) so I was wondering if there was a way to edit out this split properly to make it work?

I have tried deleting the split in the ASL file and even changing some of the numbers around but it just seems to move the problem to other splits instead. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!

I have made a discovery. I created a separate game install but with the English patch as that patch fixes the broken typewriters and made a save just before the lickers in the box room on Leon B. I loaded the save with the original sourcenext 1.1 with no patches enabled and it worked fine. This seems to be a good workaround for creating practice saves in those areas.

Ah right, that's a shame, I wanted to make saves there for the zombie dodge when picking up the keycard and the return lab lickers. Oh well, thanks for the response.

Hey, I was almost at the end of creating my practice saves for Claire A when it suddenly stopped making actual saves, like it used the ribbons but no file was made. Is there a limit to how many times you can save?

I checked the SRT and it says a total of 20 saves have been made during my current game. Would that be the maximum amount? If this is the case, is there anyway of getting around that or would I need to start a new game and continue where I left off?

Edit: It seems to continue counting the number of saves I'm making (currently 21) but still no actual files.

Edit 2: Double checked how many saves it actually created and there are 17 save files there.

Edit 3: Saved in the security office in the labs and it worked, but when saving in the control room after the lab lickers it doesn't save. Maybe that save point is bugged?

Hey there.

I'm curious, if I was to start doing an all scenarios run how would I go about timing it? Would I just use the SRT and add up the final times shown on the results screens? I tried working some voodoo magic to get livesplit to work but I fear it'll be more trouble than it's worth.
