Just curious, why has this run been in queue for nearly 2 and a half years? https://www.speedrun.com/tlozph/run/y254dqjy
Instead of asking for mod: why don't you ask how and work up to that position? A mod should be a trusted member of the community, not some random person who begged.
Thanks for asking. Timing for ILs is still being worked out, but hopefully we'll have the level leaderboards fully prepared for submissions in a couple days.
Exactly what Delrus7 said. The site doesn't allow us to apply categories to select levels, so we'll just move any 100% runs for those levels over to Any%.
You don't have to do that anymore. The timing rules were just updated and a timer is no longer required. Although it is still recommended to use the auto-splitter if you want load times removed.
If you still want help setting it up you can ask in the server's help channel.
Yes, as long as each input device is allowed, this is fine. For now, the only banned input devices are turbo controllers.
Thanks for asking about this.
Allowed and disallowed strategies, routes, and glitches will all be specified in the category rules whenever those are completely written.
For now, I can confirm that clipping into Seamus' room, Slums skip, Speedy barrel, and Zoomies (abusing stair collision for speed) are all banned from Glitchless.
Timers are not required for console runs.
They already closed the forms, so I guess you can't apply anymore.
Probably not for a WHILE. The game doesn't even run very well on PCs at the moment, so I wouldn't expect mobile too soon.
Do you mean automatic difficulty adjustments? If that is what you mean, it's fairly simple:
If automatic difficulty (AD) was allowed, it would be much harder to accurately judge a submission's difficulty. Most people would have a different opinion about what category a submission would fit into. This could lead to issues with multiple runs being misjudged and put into the wrong category.
If the community is in favor, an automatic difficulty category can be created.
