There should be some explanation of the tricks in the guides section. You just have to play the game more to get a better understanding of how the tricks work.

Here is how the cash run challenges (coin strat) works:. Access it by going to the cash run challenges app on your phone. Go to create a new challenge. Make sure to turn off the auto-drop. Place two coins down while going towards your destination. The first coin can be placed anywhere, but the second one is dropped where you want to teleport to. After placing the two coins, go save your challenge.If you want to teleport, go to my challenges in the cash run challenges app and select the challenge you saved.

You just replace the patch.dat and patch.fat files in the folder (similar place as the save files) with the old patch.dat and patch.fat files to apply the old patch.

The save files are for the story missions in the game because there is no actual in-game way to replay the missions (aside from restarting the mission) even after you beat the game. These save files allow you to practice/play all of the different parts of the any% speedrun. You have to find those files of the same name in the folder and replace them with the files in the resources. They may be in C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\ or Steam\userdata(your_user_ID)\243470\remote\savedata.

There is no way to skip the opening cutscene. You have to get used to it. You can just do something else while waiting for the cutscene to end.

Remind me what the completion of the trip would be. Is the run to complete the 15 objectives?

You won't need to delete the cash runs from a previous playthrough if you don't use them. I don't see why you won't use them in an any% run because they will save at least several minutes of travel time in the run.

Cash runs don't have to be completed to finish the game in any%. They are just used to teleport around the map to get to a location quicker.

For 100%, you only have to complete one cash run challenge under the gold time.

This guy has a video of the guys not getting into the firetruck during A2M15. He doesn't know how to replicate it though. Maybe someone can figure it out, or it's completely random.

The driving route from the bunker to the hacking place only affects when Damien calls you. It does not affect the skip.

I think you're not doing the hack quick enough. It will only kick you out if the timer runs out. Or you're forgetting to rotate the switch to remove the timer after unlocking the node.

That would definitely not be worth it for any%. It would take at least 10 minutes to complete all of those convoys. We spend less that a minute getting the regular sniper rifle and the skills required (blockers, slow focus).

It might be worth it for other categories like 100% or all missions.

You can also see how Ouga did it. He did it a lot slower than me.

The point of the hack is to get all the blue lines to the final node. But the red switches all (I call the things you rotate around as switches) have a 2.5 second timer. There are also locked nodes that you have to unlock to get to the final node. Unlocking the nodes will open up another switch. These unlocked switches will also have a timer. Try to follow these steps in order when doing the hack:

1. Rotate the two switches to unlock the node closest to the final one. After you unlock that node, you have to rotate the switches so that the blue lines don't go through them (make it so that the lines are white). If you don't do that, the timer will run out. In other words, you rotate the switches to remove the timer. You can do that for each and every node you unlock. That is what makes the hack possible because otherwise the timer will run out. Rotating the red switches will not make a timer appear unless you connect them with the blue lines.

2. Rotate the switches to unlock the node at the bottom right. Remember to rotate the switches back again to remove the timer. Now you have everything unlocked.

3. Check the entire puzzle. Try figuring out how you will get the blue lines to the final node. Just take some time thinking about how you're going to rotate the switches so that the blue lines will reach the final node. Keep trying it and you will figure out how to rotate the switches.

You just have to think about where the blue lines go when you rotate the switches. Just keep trying it over and over again. You can reload an autosave to try again.

I found these two that use a car with the motorcycle. I'm not sure if you can do it with the motorbike itself, but there's a similar glitch in WD2.

You can also go out of bounds in some places by using explosions:

I already reload autosaves on that mission where you restore power to the bunker.

There are out of bounds spots in the game, but I don't think they save any time. You can use motorcycles to clip through walls.

Added. Are you also interested in running the game?

I'm not really sure how long 100% would take. Any% can be done around 3 hours 20 minutes., so that leaves the rest. Online hacking would be very random, and I don't know why you would want do that. There was talk of "offline 100%" being a more viable category. I would put it at over 10 hours, but I need to see a route to estimate more clearly.

I've already tried to optimize the route mostly by myself. You can try to look at the route yourself.

I think the WR can go down to a high 3:21. What the current route doesn't have are the optimal times to jump out of the car/bike to skip dialogue. The speed of the vehicle and the type of vehicle (car/bike) heavily influences how Aiden falls to the ground. Dialogue can also be skipped when Aiden falls to the ground via explosives; there are a few parts where I could do more of that. Some of the driving routes also need to be looked at.

Not sure if there can be any new skips. The game is restricted by the objective/checkpoint system, so you can't move on without completing the current objective. Maybe you can try playing around with lures on the enemy AI during A2M10(Breadcrumbs) or something. Out of bounds also seems to be too slow for it to matter.

There are also a few other things like getting early scans in A4M2 (In Plain Sight) by shooting people early. But it seemed to be bugged for full game runs when Ouga tried it.
