I have recently figured out that on switch, you can play deltarune with a keyboard. Would this be considered pc or switch?

I am starting to get into deltarune speedrunning, and I saw that you have to play on a monitor not in full screen that is above 60hz. I have a 144hz monitor, and are wondering if I play deltarune on the monitor that is 144hz on my switch, will my run not get accepted? Also, playing deltarune on the monitor, will it count as full screen or no?
