Chest boosting is hard, and I think it makes this game less accessible to speedrun if you have to do difficult boosts most of the time. Can we get a category that bans chest boosting so more people can be decent at the game? Thanks!

I want to find the best route to the summit but one that I can consistently perform. I can do hyper- and wave-dashes as well as wall bounces. However, I can't corner or spike hop well and I can't demodash at all.
What's the fastest, low-risk way to get to the summit in an Any% run, potentially including B-sides?
My idea for this is that the player would only be able to touch the starting surface and not touch the ground until the screen is cleared (the only exceptions would be touching a spring or landing during a cutscene). If they touch the ground in any other circumstance, they would have to restart immediately.
Are there any holes or impossibilities in my idea that you know of?
