Thats happened a bunch of times to a bunch of runners. We still don't know what causes it so if it happens then it happens, you won't get penalized for it.
Hey so I've just started running this game and found that box stealing is almost 100% consistent for me at 30 fps. You say that changing max fps mid-run via the console is allowed, but are 3rd-party frame limiters (like dxtory or rivatuner) also allowed or only the ingame console?
When I verified the other run, I didn't notice that the runner submitted it with a no-loads time. This has been correct and I have verified your re-submitted run.

Please set the Game type for BioShock Infinite: Burial at Sea (DLCs) ( https://www.speedrun.com/bsibas ) as DLC. Thanks in advance!
"Normal" is the equivalent of Any%, played without any changes made to the config file.
I'm not sure why you'd want to run a game without using glitches, but to each their own. There needs to be at least 2 runners for a category to be "official" so if you can get another runner to do a run of each, then I can make the categories.
The "remastered" version is not different enough from the original to warrant separating it from the regular BioShock Infinite board. The console categories on there combine both current gen (XB1/PS4) and previous gen (X360/PS3). The reason 1 and 2 were separated was because there were significant changes on all platforms. The current gen console version of Infinite is pretty much just a port of the original console version made compatible with current gen consoles.
As Heny said, you're shooting too late so you hit the door before your body loses collision and so you lose your speed. This skip actually took me a while to get, at one point it was the only part I couldn't get consistent. The timing is pretty precise, but you'll quickly get it consistent after plenty of practice. Then you'll "get a feel for it" and you won't even have to think or worry about it.
I use an EVGA GTX 750TI SC and get around 300 fps when doing the Soldier's Field elevator skip. Through my testing, the minimum fps to be able to do that skip at all is around 150 fps, but 200+ fps is ideal.
I think it wasn't made because no-one has done any runs of the PS3 version. I'm sure if you ask SerSanju, he could add it.
