You have to go right for 5 steps (You'll get a feeling for it after a bit) then attack up, if you hear a broken vase sound you did it right, then you have to go up until you get hit by a snake and immediately hold up right.

You have to finish a 100% run to unlock the third mode.

I think the ideal would be to have a normal, second run, and marys mode categories, with any%, 110% and fewest runs subcategories.

(Or maybe make fewest runs a misc category?)

I think 100% should actually be 110% since that's the actual 100% (you can get 100% without collecting everything)

(Also maybe we should make a discord, helps a ton for organizing the community)

I'm down for it, seems like a good replacement to Low%, it's probably gonna be no deathwarps, no boss skip, no key duplication. Can't think of anything else that could be counted as a glitch.

I had to learn this trick recently when I started running the game and yeah it is a lot harder than it looks, it may seem counterintuitive, but the perfect way to get it is to double tap the jump button as fast as possible and hold it after the second press.

Why would life be faster? If it's for that frame you need to press down I'd say it's still worth it to choose death, I don't think any route would make life faster than death.

Yeah, just did an any% with the new route and choosing death is still better because of deathwarps, on 100% tho, totally useless.

Looks like the goal for now is a sub 3 for any% and sub 4 for 100%, this game is so cool for speedruns.
