Can it be done on a personally hosted server to avoid pausing the game or does it need to be done on a single-player world?

For speedrunning 100% Advancements does it all need to be done in one go or can it be split up over days just not allowed to make progress without recording and whatnot?

What version of SkyFactory4 Is supposed to be used?

Are "glitches" allowed?
