Why is Dig-Dug Level 1 a category in full game runs, and also another category in ILs?

Hello. Since there isn’t currently a 100% category for that game, there wouldn’t be any place for you to submit a speedrun on this site. You could talk to the game’s moderators and see if there’s any interest in having a new category added.
If you plan on submitting the run to a leaderboard, no.
