Don't you know basic buildings architecture? Wide things go in the bottom or base of the building, tall things go on top. It is known.

This usually happens because one of your chrome extensions is interfering with the site layout. To confirm if this is indeed the issue, open the site in another browser or private mode, and check if the follow button is there.

If so, then disable your extensions one-by-one until you find the problematic one.
