Wisconsin, USAI have run the NG categories all the time in D1, and you are only allowed to use things you acquire during your run within the run. You may not access your vault and may only get items that you obtain while running through the game. The same goes for glimmer, shards, etc. Buying gear from vendors was allowed so long as you obtained all of the glimmer to purchase said gear within the run. Hence, you should keep track of your glimmer before you start so that you know how much you have to spend at all times. Hopefully this helps.

Honestly? You guys are saying it's my job? I seriously do not understand this. When I submitted the run, it was correctly timed. If YOU want to change the leaderboards, YOU are also responsible for updating all of the old record to the current format. Like I said, for future runs I will time it myself, because the page is set up that way. But, my old run was timed correctly when I submitted it, and I should not be forced to re-time it because of something that you changed. Thank you Tanya for re-timing it, I really appreciate it.
Actually, on second thought, this should be the job of the mods. When I uploaded my speedrun, I uploaded it with all the criteria necessary to have it confirmed. Changing the leaderboards was the decision made by the mods. I should not be expected to spend the time and re-time a run that was already done properly. If you want to change how the leaderboards work, you should also be expected to update the top 3(or at least the World Record time) for each of the categories. I really don't mean to sound like a dick or anything, but this should not be my job. For all future runs I do, if any, I will time then myself.

My time in the NG+ Any% category is listed at second place with 2hr 44min 27 sec, but that time is actually without loads, so I don't know if one of you mods wants to use sony vegas(if you have it) to calculate my time without loads, because it would surely be faster that tanyaproject's time.
I realize this, but it should state what cannot be used in the any% category as well. Just for clarification that you must replay the story.
No guys, I understand the rules for each category, I have the record for NG+, but I'm saying the rules should be clearly stated in the rules section for each run. Without the rules in place, technically my run is still eligible for Any% right now, (I know it really isn't). But the rules should clearly state what can and can't be used. Right now all it says is "No cheats or mods allowed", but nothing else. This could be confusing for those who do not know the difference when they look at runs for this game.
FYI kenan, I feel that you should probably write in the rules for each type of run (NG and NG+) what the specific rules are for that run, otherwise it could be confusing for new runners. Just specify which weapons and whatnot can be used for each mission.

Honestly sub 1:03 is probably possible if all missions are optimized
For this run, you have to complete all of the missions leading up to Black Garden. That means the 5 on Earth, Moon, Venus and Mars. All of the one included in the base game. I won't list them all out, but Scourge of Winter and the Mars ones are also required. At least that is my understanding.
Also, theoretically, couldn't I just play crucible and level up to forty on a character, and then speedrun through all of the missions extremely quickly, and the crucible time is not counted because it is not a part of the timed missions?
Just curious about how this is being timed. Is is allowed to do other things to gain XP? If so, shouldn't this category be timed by real time rather than in game? For example, I go and play a game of crucible, that time should be added in, so rather than going by in game time and missions in game, I feel like these should be timed by real time, so that the player can do whatever in the game will help them to complete the game the fastest.
