Updated the ruleset of All Missions to include a requirement for splits (these are provided with a link).

- Added new Level Leaderboard for Spy Missions.
- Moved all spy runs from Specific Missions to Spy Missions (realised I could move instead of replace too late, sorry you all got flooded with notifications)
- Removed Dojo Parkour from Test period
- Change rules of Dojo Parkour and Archive 2318-H to request ingame time instead of times without load

- Removed 4 test categories for trials (5man, 6man, 7man & 8man) due to no submissions in the testing period.
- Updated trial rules to only require video for runs in top 10. Every submission still require a screenshot of times as proof
- Updated rules of LoR & LoR NM in Phase 2 to avoid confusion about having operators on pads (It is allowed).

Tipedo is extremely fast for the animation. Last time we tested it zephyrs 2 was slower then Tipedo.  We tested it because Zephyr was used to skip last stage of lor in the glitched wr.

Also everytime you jump you can use his 1 as a speed boost

If you wanna run zephyr I recommend using a Tipedo with max attack speed. That way you can quick melee downwards faster when you need too, instead of slowly falling.

Try putting sprint mods and an Escape Velocity on nova, you'll achieve almost the same result.

It's a nice concept, but I fail to see how it could potentially increase the speed of a run. If anything it might slow it down if you go out of your way to get them. Also you can contact my directly on discord, it should be linked on my profile.

Level mission compared in ingame time will also help open up speedruns for people with not extremely fast computers, since loading can be a big hassle on some computers

Quests could be moved to Full-game Leaderboard, also I think everything that's in Level Leaderboard should be compared in ingame time instead of including loading time. Loading time should be included in multimission speedruns tho. Also maybe move Parkour 2.0 to Level Leaderboard.
