Did a play through recently of the genesis version and I don't think there is a need for a Genesis category. Was mistaken about the levels being shorter. If anything the genesis version might be slower with two levels auto scrolling slower. Didn't like the control scheme even with the 6 Button controller. Same strats do apply, So if anyone wants to run the Sega version then you can use the other runs as a place to start.
Was wondering if we could add a Genesis category, even as a misc. the game is a bit different with shorter stages and more enemies. could even be faster but not for sure till I get done with snes and do more research. Just was wondering what you guys might think.

Hi there like to request Mod for https://www.speedrun.com/World_Heroes_Perfect/full_game Submitted a run on the 21st of March. Also try to get a hold of the mod the only way available thru the game's forum. Haven't heard nothing yet. Mod was on after I submitted but hasn't been back since.

Yes it is a great game. I don't know about IC runs because the fastest way to beat the game solo "any%" is to use huntress. Having 3 any% categories isn't necessary. But i would be willing to make a misc category for Barbadian, since it is technically hard mode. Let me know what you think.
This is not a bad idea but was wondering two things, if the Any% category might make more sense being called something like Contest Mode. Not a big deal just used to fighting games having different category names. Any% feels like a platformer or something lol. That way if any other category is added a runner could easily make sense what to run. Also I didint even know there was a level leaderboard for each character, till i looked at my profile page lol. If any one submits a run and it gets added to the individual board then i have two larcens or whatever. Im suggesting maybe removing the character part for Any% since it doesn't matter what character you use.
Not a mod but do know that emulators are allowed as well as actual NES consoles. As for the arcade version. Here is the link to it for speedrun.com. https://www.speedrun.com/tmnt1989arcade Emulators are allowed as well and as is direct feed from arcade cab if you have the equipment.

Me and Kombat King was talking about this yesterday. Yeah Emus are banned for the reason they will always be faster and are not 100% with load times. As far as playing on a modded console. i will leave that answer to one of the mods.
