Not really good speedwalking. Wasted like a second in idle time there :(
There are a few additional tricks you can adopt for a hard omaha mission. At the beginning, while your mustering the troops on the cliffside, you can use your sniper to shoot through the rocks and eliminate any units on the top of the cliff, for example on the 88. And the engineers satchel doesn't actually need to reach the bunker. As long as the explosion radius is within the bunkers model, it will trigger the cutscene to the next part of the mission.
That is the sequence break, attacking the first ship pulls in three krakens + 1 ship into the fight, triggering "poseidon wrath is clear!" way early and not needing to wait for the wave timer to trigger, skipping the 2nd timer entirely. That specific kraken wave also tended to flat out ignore your troops and attack a random dock wasting a ton of precious time.

The reason why we currently require a displayed timer overlay for any submitted runs is that it has been demonstrated to us that the game speed can be artificially inflated through certain means. Having a timer overlay is extra precautionary step to insure all the runs are legitimate, and do insure a more fair playing field.
However, Jertplayz and I will go over the rule to determine if its absolutely necessary for any future runs. It is easier to have a rule and remove it later then introducing a new rule down the line causing complications for older runs.
