Thanks to some testing, we have decided to require all Sunburn runs to have the Nintendont setting Unlock Read Speed set to OFF due to variable and faster load times based on the speed of your SD Card. Locking the read speed makes for more consistent loads across different players, allowing for fair competition. All runs that have used this setting have been removed from the leaderboard, please ensure to disable it in the future.

The vast majority of activity for this game is in the PC IL category, so we have been focusing on adding categories for that instead of full-game. That being said, I still would like to at least add individual cup categories for full-game at some point in time.
Maybe a secondary binding messing with your controls somewhere? Not sure
We discussed this at length in the community discord, and here are the changes we all agreed on:
Create the following main categories: "Lasagna Cup" "Pizza Cup" "Hamburger Cup" "Ice Cream Cup" "All Cups"
With NO restriction on what CC was used (though a tag for what was used would be a nice addition) and separated by PC and 3DS, of course.
Move all current times (with the exception of the two "all cups, all CC's" runs done by myself and snowfats) on the full-game leaderboard into the new "All Cups" category to preserve the history of the game.
Create a "miscellaneous" category and move mine and snowfats' "all cups all CC's" runs into a "All Cups All CC's" subcategory.
Treat "miscellaneous" as an open meme category for future meme runs.
What controller are you using? To my knowledge the game only resets the acceleration and brake binds upon reset.
For the full-game categories, I'm suggesting that we change it to being categories based on cups, instead of the cc's.
For example, have a lasagna cup category, pizza cup category, hamburger cup category, ice cream cup category, and then the "all cups" category only requires you to play through them all on one cc instead of all 3.
This is how other racing games organize their categories, as there's really no point in having "all cups" separated by engine class, and then having to play every cup 3 times for the full all cups category.

talked to someone else with more speedrun.com experience than me but in order for that to be done all the 3ds times would have to be moved into a main category instead of a sub-category; the current "main" category is "time trial race", with PC and 3ds being the sub-categories, but to get both displayed you'd have to move 3ds into it's own different main category. dunno if you'd want to go through that work koops, since you just spent all that time separating them and all.
Garfield kart is unoptimized to hell so there's not a lot you can do other than lowering the settings, maybe try recording in 30fps or a lower resolution.
Looking good! One thing I'd suggest is maybe showing both categories when you click on Level leaderboard -> View All instead of just PC. I know a lot of other racing game communities do this for 3lap times and fast lap times.
One other thing, there was a mistake on the IL page for spooky manor, I made a thread about it a while back.
Having played both versions, the mechanics and controls are so vastly different between the two versions that splitting by console is better, since the 3ds version is generally faster than the PC version even without glitches, and by a decent margin.
Can 3ds and PC runs be separated (both by full-game and IL's)? I've played both and they each have vastly different controls, mechanics, and glitches.
