Hi! I'm currently trying to do the gambler challenge in the ps4 but I don't have a save in this moment. There's a way to download a premade save which has the gambler challenges unlocked and money, thanks!

I believe with your hardware, though outdated, you should still be able to run this game above 30fps at the very least. 
You should try to verify the integrity of your game files through the game's properties in the steam library.
If you haven't already, try to make sure other active and irrelevant programs are closed while running the game to allocate as much resources to the game as possible.
