chances are he didn't even know about the chunk missing and is probably going to be pissed that it invalidates the run. If he was trying to split the run, surely he would have tried harder. But he has live split and stuff which means he's capturing using a PC so I donno if you can blame the console here.

I heard that on PS4, the video capture cuts out if you get a message or something while playing. I donno for sure though as I just play PC. Either way though, this run should be removed. I wonder if the people uploading know their vods are missing chunks and are just trying to pull a fast one. WR's will always get called out because they are the ones watched the most.

I'm just wondering why NG+ encompasses all difficulties. I would imagine that DA will affect boss TTD even with the rocket launcher. If this is the case, I believe there should be split boards for all difficulties like the other runs, or make NG+ assisted only.

hmm alright, someone in another thread eluded to the ability to do it. Maybe they were mistaken, I just figured if I deleted my obsolete runs it would make some mods job easier.

@CursedToast while I have your attention, do you know why I can't delete submitted but yet to be verified runs? no one responded to me in the other thread. I just have the option to edit run which lets me remove the video link but I have no option to delete.

Ok, sorry It was after midnight when I submitted but before I went to sleep, I shouldve actually said 3 days. I had a 4 day long weekend so I'm all fucked up. Thanks for the clarification though.

I'm just wondering how runs are verified as it appears some runs are being verified the day of submission, but I have a few runs that are 4 days old that havent been looked at yet. I know it says it could take weeks and i don't really mind, but seems weird when records that are like 50th place are getting verified same day while I've been waiting to have my 2nd place run verified, I've seen a few runs submitted and verified same day since my submissions. Maybe runners who have been around longer get looked at first? and before people flame me saying posting about it isn't going to get them verified any faster, that's not what I'm trying to do.

standard should actually be NMG imo as there are already skips that I would constitute as a glitch. a knifeless run would be neat to see since 90% of runs right now rely on knife except for ng+

you can turn it off on assisted, you just have to do it every time you start a run which is annoying AF.

Does anyone know how to permanently disable aim assist in Assisted difficulty? It's disabled in the options at the menu, but when I start a game in assisted it enables it and then I can disable it again, but next time I start I have to disable it again. It has lost me time on a few occasions trying to aim precise rockets.

I don't see how costume could affect it unless they gave costumes invisible stats. I could see weapons having a different ADS time which could affect stair skating potentially. But someone would have to compare everything.

Half life speedruns anyone? Seriously though, tabbing out to change settings is stupid, for low FPS runs to be viable it would have to be set to a hotkey, and I also don't like the changing settings mid game (although I disable aim assist at the start of some runs which is different) and don't understand why people even bother, just run the whole game at 120 or run it at 60, but if people want a low fps run, give it to them, let them make the rules lol, times will be shit compared to other cats prolly anyway.

I'll test today after work during one of my runs and see if it improves time. I have 1 empty spot by the end of the game anyways.

i see no problem with a low fps run as long as it has it's own category. I don't see people doing entire runs at 10fps, but rather lowering FPS at specific parts (lab lickers for instance) to get through easier. If someone can rig a hot key to switch it, which im sure is easy enough.
