I'm new here and was wondering if I can still speed run the 0.16 version of the game and have the run count (Obviously if criteria is met) in any category. Thanks for the help.

So I'm a bit new to the whole speedrunning scene and decided to run The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth. I did some runs and such and went to send them in and I realized that most of the top times were seeded. Would it make sense to have an unseeded catagory for 1, 7, 10, and 11 character? Thanks for your guy's input.
